I’ve led learning initiatives across financial services, customer operations, and global teams, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable training programs. Much of my work involves leading complex, cross-functional efforts, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, guiding distributed design teams, creating content, and stabilizing or restructuring programs that need stronger direction, clarity, and execution.
